I found Justin by reading a review much like the one I’m posting and was very skeptical. I’ve had some pretty complicated experiences with real estate agents in the past. Well I struck gold so to speak. Throughout the entire experience I never wondered or worried about 1 detail. A phone call or text and I had my answer in minutes. Again I dare you to find that.

I advise you to give this gentleman a chance, and gentleman he most certainly is. This is what reviews are for so I’m thinking. I’m taking my time to write this because he deserves this and frankly so do you in today's cutthroat world…Good luck and happy home hunting.

Justin was fantastic! We used him for a new build. He was extremely helpful answering questions about the town and amenities. He was super helpful answering questions about different options and giving honest feedback as to which options neighbors wished they had purchased or which they felt were not worth the cost. He constantly sent us updates and pictures of construction as it progressed. He really made the process much easier and less nerve wrecking.

He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase process (taxes, closing process etc) and the Orlando area. What he didn’t know, he found the answers and got back to me in timely fashion. When I arrived in town for closing, he ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth process.
